Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request

Dear
District Attorney Conte,

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10).

I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following documents:

Procedure for collection of funds offered as reward in Molly Bish disappearance case.

A Reward Poster enclosed released from Polly Klass foundation which was revised March 2001 in regards to Molly Bish, clearly states “A $100,000 reward is being offered for information leading to Molly”.

In addition, all papers, or other documentary materials or letters relating to reward, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received by the Worcester District Attorney office.

As you are aware, I must be provided with this information within 10 days. If you cannot comply with my request, please provide an explanation in writing.

I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for photocopies, computer disks, or personnel time to comply with this request. If you expect charges exceed $10.00, please contact me regarding this request.

Sincerely,

Mary T. Jean
