Dear Ms Records,
I have been attempting via Public record request with Worcester District Attorney John Conte to ascertain the means of collection of the $100,000 reward in the Molly Bish disappearance case.
I have enclosed a copy of the Molly Bish reward poster to which your fax and identification are listed on the top.
According to the poster it was revised in March 2001, which states a “$100.000 reward is being offered for information leading to Molly”.
In a July 10, 2006 reply to a public record request from Worcester District Attorney John Conte’s Office which I have enclosed, Assistant District Attorney Ellyn H. Lazar-Moore alleges this reward was offered by the Polly Klass Foundation.
In an April 18, 2006 reply to a public record request Assistant District Attorney Ellyn H. Lazar-Moore presented a press release dated October 30, 2000 which predates the revised poster of March 2001 with very same amount being offered.
This poster enclosed was obtained from the Massachusetts State Police, barracks C-3.
Please specify as to the steps that are required in order to collect the $100,000 reward if indeed Worcester ADA Lazar-Moore’s presentation of the reward being offered by the Polly Klass Foundation is accurate.
